I used Ubuntu 22 before moving to Debian 12. There, by simply using an app called Startup Applications I was able to create a Program that played Startup Sound every time I Restarted or Started my PC after Shutdown.
Now, I can't find any such way to enable this feature, but since Ubuntu is something made of Debian, I think that it's possible to play Startup Sound on Debian 12 as well!
