Background: After upgrading from Catalina to Ventura, it started the issue of Volume Hash Mismatch. Even after several upgrades, the issue continued. Then, I re-installed Ventura. Still the problem persists.
Objective: Install Debian 12 (weekly) on Macbook Pro 2019 with Intel chip & T2: I followed this approach: https://www.debugpoint.com/debian-12-installation/
Issues:
(1) While installing, it showed:
non-free firmware files required for HW is missing.
(2) After installation, while rebooted:
It was not shutting down
(3) When rebooting, even with Option key;
It just shows boot option for MacOS ONLY.
Can you please let me know, how I should make it work?
