[Software] Forcing P-state on Athlon II x2 (K10h)

Hello. I'm trying to undervolt my old Athlon II x2 260 with K10ctl. With P-3 (the lowest state) and P-0 (the highest) i have no problem to test stability, just loading Mprime for P-0 and leaving PC for itself for P-3, occasionally doing some low-load activity, works fine. But with P-1 and P-2 i cannot find a way to properly check them. K10ctl has an option to force desired p-state but it resets itself immediately. Is there a way to lock CPU at desired P-state? Of course i can just use a bit lower values for P-1 and P-2 compared to P-0, but it isn't a perfect solution. I'm on Debian 12.
