[Testing - Trixie] no wayland in gdm with kernel 6.12 and nvidia 535

Hi,

trixie just got the update to kernel 6.12.

Now, I am no longer prompted to connect under wayland in gdm.
This was not a problem with the latest kernel 6.11

I have the nvidia_drm.modeset=1 option in the grub

Do other users notice the same problem?
I imagine that this will require an update of the nvidia drivers or could it mean that my graphics card will no longer be supported?

Here is the output of inxi -G

Code:

cartes@cartes-ms7823:~$ inxi -GGraphics: Device-1: NVIDIA GM204 [GeForce GTX 970] driver: nvidia v: 535.216.03 Display: x11 server: X.Org v: 21.1.14 with: Xwayland v: 24.1.4 driver: X: loaded: nvidia gpu: nvidia resolution: 1680x1050~60Hz API: EGL v: 1.5 drivers: nvidia,swrast platforms: x11,surfaceless,device API: OpenGL v: 4.6.0 compat-v: 4.5 vendor: nvidia mesa v: 535.216.03 renderer: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970/PCIe/SSE2
