Clone Debian 12 OS from 2 disks onto one.

Hello.
I have a Debian 12 installed on my desktop PC and it is structured on two hard drives.

On a 120Gb SSD I have the partitions
/boot/efi
/
/tmp
/usr

On a 1Tb mechanical disk I have the partitions
/var
/home

I would need to clone all the partitions from those two disks, onto a single 1Tb SSD disk.

Do you think it is possible?
