[Software] batch Yahoo email print to PDF

I have over 3000 emails in a Yahoo folder that I need to print to PDF. I'm not able to download the folder into Thunderbird or any other client that I've found. Any ideas on how I can batch print directly to PDF or import into Thunderbird. I think once I get the folder into Thunderbird, I'd be able to print to PDF with CUPS.

Any suggestions?
