I always configure my systems by hand, but as the complexity of my environment increases, I find that it takes increasingly long to provision new devices. I've become interested in scripting the way that I deploy my customized environment (it's a whole lot of different things) and was curious if anybody has already done something similar with shell scripts before I go reinventing the wheel.
