Installed Debian 12.6.0 on an pcengines apu3d4 board loading only the server and ssd applications. On install I loaded the root and one user. The system runs normally except it does not recognize the shutdown and reboot commands. It tells me that it can not find the commands. Apt and su commands run normally. Like suggestions on what I likely did wrong during the install?
